 Our tours run rain or shine. In cases of severe weather, we prioritize the safety of our guests and may reschedule the tour. We will communicate any changes promptly. 

 Our signature uptown funk tours are one hour and one mile. providing a thorough exploration of Charlotte’s historical sites, arts, and cultural landmarks. 

 We recommend wearing comfortable shoes as our tours involve walking, and depending on the weather, bring sunscreen, a hat, or a light jacket. Don’t forget your camera to capture the beautiful sights of Charlotte! 

 Booking a tour is easy! Visit our website, choose your preferred tour date and time, and complete the booking process online. You can also call us directly for assistance. 

 Service animals are welcome on the tour. 

 The tour costs $15 per person. Children 10 and under can join for free. 

 Tours are scheduled at 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. EST. Please arrive 15 minutes early for check-in. Additional times can be arranged based on demand. 

We currently offer one primary tour: the UPTOWN FUNK. This signature tour is designed to showcase the best of Charlotte by highlighting its history, sports culture, arts, and notable achievements of leaders from diverse backgrounds.

UPTOWN FUNK provides a comprehensive and engaging experience, but it can also be customized to focus on specific interests upon request. If, after the tour, you wish to delve deeper into any particular area, we’re happy to recommend additional free and self-guided tour resources to enhance your exploration.

 The tour lasts 1 hour. 

 The tour begins at Romare Bearden Park in Charlotte, NC 28202. Details will be provided in your welcome email. 

 The tour concludes at the Bechtler Museum of Modern Art. 

 The maximum group size is 25 people. 

 The tour includes a professional guide, a historical and cultural walking tour through uptown Charlotte, a postcard featuring a local artist's work as a perfect souvenir, and three signature photo opportunities ideal for Instagram, TikTok, or personal memories. 

 The tour price does not include gratuities, water, or admission to museums. 

 Please bring comfortable walking shoes.
